- Online courses or memberships

Important: Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be:

- At least 18 years old, or have written consent from a legal guardian

- Willing and able to engage in self-reflection and personal responsibility

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms or disrupts the safe, supportive coaching environment.

3. Client Responsibilities

When you work with Repurposed, you agree to:

- Be honest and committed to your growth journey

- Respect time boundaries (e.g., session start and end times)

- Not share, copy, or redistribute any materials without permission

- Avoid sharing session recordings (if applicable) with others without written consent

4. Payment and Refund Policy

All coaching services must be paid in advance or according to the payment terms agreed upon at booking.

- No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or missed appointments.

- If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

- Digital products and downloadable materials are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Repurposed, LLC—including logos, designs, worksheets, videos, and coaching frameworks—is the property of Repurposed, LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or reused without written permission.

6. Confidentiality

All private coaching sessions are confidential unless:

- You give written permission to share

- Disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others)

- You are in a group coaching setting where confidentiality is mutually agreed upon

7. Disclaimers

- Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes.

- Results vary based on personal effort, timing, and life circumstances.

- We are not responsible for decisions you make based on coaching or materials received.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to discontinue services at any time for conduct that is abusive, unethical, or violates these Terms. Clients may also cancel services at any time (with applicable cancellation policies).

9. Changes to These Terms

Repurposed, LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services implies agreement to the updated Terms.
